All items ship from Los Angeles, California via USPS First Class Mail. All paper goods (prints, cards and stickers) are shipped in flat photo mailers and all pins are usually shipped in bubble mailers.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 3 days of received order.
Please make sure all information at checkout is filled out correctly. The address I receive will be the one I will use. I am not responsible for any lost packages due to wrong information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help. Please contact me immediately before returning any items. You have 15 calendar days to return any product(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition.
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect please contact me immediately so that we can figure out a solution for any issues.
If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
